1. New Global Search option on Maintain menu allows the entire
database to be searched. It shows all ledger and cashbook entries matching the Description or Amount fields. (Use
this to search for entries without knowing the specific account or cashbook they're in.)

LedgerLite Version 1.104.0.0 - 24/9/2026 - Trust Accounting
1. New Trust Accounting checkbox on Global tab on configuration screen. (Items 2,3 and 4 below only appear when this is checked.)
2. New Trust field on Maintain Accounts screen. (Use this to indicate client ledger accounts.)
3. New Trust field on Maintain Cashbooks screen. (Use this to indicate bank accounts used for client funds.)
4. New 3-Way Trust Account Reconciliation report shows balances of all accounts with the Trust flag set.
5. Cashbooks with the Trust flag set are restricted to accounts with the Trust flag set.
6. The Account Statement for client ledger accounts shows the name as the heading and Disbursement and Deposit
instead of Debit and Credit.
7. Minor cosmetic change to Cashbook Reconciliation report.

1. New Active field on Maintain Subentities screen.
