We've designed LedgerLite to allow you to download and use without any help from us. (This is especially true if you're familiar with double-entry bookkeeping.) However in the unlikely event you need assistance we have a number of options available.

We can't stress enough the importance of making a regular backup copy of your LedgerLite database files. It's as simple as making a copy of each LLD file to an external hard drive, network drive or USB stick but you need to constantly remind yourself to do it. If you don't and accidentally delete your database file (and it isn't in the Recycle Bin) there's not a lot we can do except suggest you start again with a new empty database, rebuild your chart of accounts and re-enter everything from scratch.
